I'm sure you've already tried this, but just in case...

And believe me, this one got me as well...

The Isla Meurta cheat does not turn any Dinosaurs currently alive in your park into the living dead when the cheat is activated. In order to see a change, you must either a) hatch a new Dinosaur (the new one looking like the living dead) OR b) kill all the Dinosaurs in your park and then hatch new Dinos if a) didn't work.

And btw, yeah, if your .tml files no longer contain any dead skins then the Isla Meurta cheat doesn't work. XD
