Ok, again I'll give some points to fix. First since the white is very random and not uniform there will be major joint issues, as well as, conflicting patterns. I'd suggest going with a definitive patteren. Also maybe give the old texture and color of the rex a makeover and it'll be a good skin. If you want I could teach you some methods I use by PM.
