Mod Ideas and Suggestions

Okay I'm making this topic so we can discuss some mod ideas. So I have some. First how about making a hurricane weather, by replacing the tornado weather. Maybe we can change some weather files to make the tornado not appear and increase the rain and wind, and we have a hurricane. And how about replacing a dryo with a compy. Now I know there's a mod on this site that deals wih adding, but what about replacing. I mean dryos aren't the greatest dinos in the game, why not replace them with a more well known dino like compy?
